(hereinafter the "Provider", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you (hereinafter the "Customer", "User", or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
1.2 Service Description
Guru4You provides an AI-powered skill assessment and testing platform that enables organizations to:
- Analyze job descriptions (via file upload, URL extraction, or manual entry) to extract required skills using artificial intelligence
- Generate contextual, role-specific skill assessment tests calibrated to experience levels (Beginner, Average, Professional, Expert)
- Administer and manage assessment campaigns with configurable test parameters
- Invite and manage test participants (candidates) via email with secure, tokenized access links
- Evaluate candidate responses using AI-powered scoring and provide analytical reports
- Monitor assessment integrity through anti-cheating detection systems
- Analyze HR documents, job descriptions, and statements of work (SOW) for potential risk indicators and generate preliminary re-wording proposals for human and professional review (see Section 5.6)
LEGAL NOTICE: These features serve exclusively as a first, non-binding orientation and do not constitute legal advice within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz, RDG) or equivalent national legislation of other Member States. They do not replace individual review by a qualified lawyer, attorney, or other party authorised to provide legal advice. See Section 5.6 for the full disclaimer.
- Provide billing, analytics, and multi-tenant company management features
- Optionally connect a panel member's Google Calendar (calendar.freebusy scope only) so that times they are already booked stop being offered to candidates as free — opt-in, per person, and revocable at any time; see the Privacy Policy §3.4 for details
1.3 User Categories
The Platform distinguishes between the following user categories:
- Company Administrators: Users with administrative roles (Account Owner, Account Admin, Campaign Admin) who configure, manage, and operate the Platform on behalf of their organization.
- Standard Users: Authorized employees within a company account who create and manage assessment campaigns.
- Test Participants (Candidates): Individuals invited by a Company to complete skill assessments. Candidates do not hold accounts on the Platform but access tests via unique invitation links.
1.4 Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Platform requires explicit acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs when:
- A Company Administrator creates an account and checks the acceptance checkbox during registration;
- A Test Participant accepts the test terms and privacy consent before starting an assessment;
- Any user continues to use the Platform after being notified of updated Terms.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Requirements
To use the Platform as a Company Administrator or User, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your name, email address, company details, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
2.2 Account Security
You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password for your Guru4You account;
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach;
- Not share, transfer, or assign your login credentials to any third party;
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
We employ industry-standard security measures including bcrypt password hashing, session timeout controls, rate limiting on authentication attempts, and encrypted data storage. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
2.3 Company Accounts and Multi-Tenancy
Each Company account operates as an isolated tenant within the Platform. Data belonging to one Company is not accessible by other Companies. The Account Owner is responsible for managing user roles and permissions within their organization, including assigning roles such as Account Admin, Campaign Admin, and standard User.
2.4 Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms;
- Your payment is overdue for more than 30 days;
- We detect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized use of the Platform;
- You violate applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Service.
Upon termination, you will have a 30-day grace period to export your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable legal obligations.

Content generated by the Platform's AI features (including test questions, evaluation feedback, and compliance analysis) is provided to you under a non-exclusive, worldwide license for your internal business use. IMPORTANT: AI-generated outputs are decision-support tools and must not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions. In compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR Article 22, and applicable employment law, all hiring decisions derived from Platform assessments must involve meaningful human review. The Provider shall not be liable for employment decisions made solely on the basis of automated AI outputs.

Our contracts with AI providers prohibit them from retaining or using your data for their own model training purposes. For full details on data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5.6 No Legal Services — Risk-Indicator Analysis and Re-Wording Proposals Only
LEGAL NOTICE: These features serve exclusively as a first, non-binding orientation and do not constitute legal advice within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz, RDG) or equivalent national legislation of other Member States. They do not replace individual review by a qualified lawyer, attorney, or other party authorised to provide legal advice.
IMPORTANT NOTICE — NOT A LEGAL SERVICE: The Platform’s document analysis features do not constitute legal advice, legal services, or legal representation within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz, RDG) or any equivalent legislation in any other jurisdiction. The Provider is not a law firm, does not employ lawyers acting in their professional capacity through the Platform, and is not authorised to provide legal advice.
The Platform’s document analysis features are limited to the following functions, which are technological and informational in nature only:

- Generating preliminary re-wording proposals and suggestions for consideration by the Customer;
- Providing general informational context to support the Customer’s own assessment and decision-making process.
All outputs generated by the Platform’s document analysis features are preliminary and informational only. They do not represent a legally binding assessment, a legal opinion, or a guarantee of legal compliance. The Customer is solely responsible for obtaining independent legal advice from a qualified lawyer or law firm before relying on, acting upon, implementing, or forwarding any output generated by the Platform. The Provider expressly disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or legal consequence arising from the Customer’s failure to seek qualified legal review before acting on any Platform output.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (a) the Platform does not create a lawyer-client relationship between the Customer and the Provider; (b) Platform outputs must not be used as a substitute for qualified legal advice; (c) applicable laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction, change over time, and may not be fully reflected in AI-generated outputs; and (d) the Customer uses any document analysis output entirely at its own risk and responsibility.
Where the Platform displays in-app warnings or notices regarding the non-legal nature of its outputs, such notices form part of the Customer’s obligations under these Terms and must not be suppressed, bypassed, or disregarded.

Test Participants are informed prior to starting any assessment about the integrity monitoring measures in place. By accepting the test terms, candidates consent to the collection and processing of integrity-related data for the purposes described in Section 6.1.
6.3 Use of Integrity Data
Integrity data is provided to the Company Administrator for informational purposes. It is the responsibility of the Company to determine how integrity findings are used in the hiring process, subject to applicable laws. The Provider does not make hiring recommendations based on integrity data.
